There is a great selection of papercraft space ships over at U-Don's factory. While the main site is not in English, there is enough English translation to help you navigate and the instructions are well illustrated. What's even cooler is that this guy doesn't use CAD or design software to develop his models-- he's an old-school pencil and ruler man!
